Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment:

Credit Cards
Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover

To protect our customers and our business, we require that the shipping address match the billing address for all orders. If your billing and shipping information does not match, please contact your financial institution to update your information prior to placing an order with us.

Please include your order number on your payment. Peachstate Audio does not accept personal checks or money orders for web orders.

Bank Wires:
Peachstate Audio accepts bank wire transfers. Please contact us for more information.

Taxes:

We do not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of Georgia.

Tax may be collected if products are drop-shipped from specific vendors which require taxes to be collected.
Orders shipped outside the United States are not subject to Georgia sales tax, but may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and fees prior to delivery. International customers should consult their local customs office for information on these fees.

Shipping Policies

•Shipping charges are determined by the package's weight, dimensions, destination, service, and value.
•Peachstate Audio combines shipping charges for most items.
•Peachstate Audio ships Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
•Your order will ship within 2 business days of the clearing of your payment, and often times within one business day.
•Orders for in-stock merchandise placed after 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time will ship the next business day.

United Parcel Service (UPS)

•UPS Ground: Delivery is typically within 3-5 business days.
•UPS 3 Day Select: Guaranteed delivery within three business days
(within the contiguous United States)
•UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery by the end of the second business day
(within the contiguous United States)
•UPS Next Day Air: Next business day delivery by 10:30am, 12:00pm, or end of day, depending on destination.

UPS Shipping Restrictions

•UPS can NOT deliver to a Post Office Box.
•Shipments to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Alaska can only be shipped by Next Day or 2nd Day Air.

International Shipments: United States Postal Service (USPS)
•Priority Mail International (up to 70 pounds). Delivery within 5 to 10 business days.
Package tracking is not available for all shipment, and is sometimes limited at best.
•Express Mail International (up to 70 pounds) Delivery within 4 to 6 business days.
Online package tracking is available. FedEx International Priority
•Delivery within 4 to 5 business days.
UPS Standard (Canada Only)
•Delivery to all Canadian provinces - ideal for less-urgent orders.
(UPS Standard does not include brokerage and customs fees which can sometimes be higher than USPS Rates)
International Order Restrictions
•Peachstate Audio reserves the right to refuse international orders based on the merchandise ordered or destination country. Certain manufacturers do not allow their merchandise to be shipped outside the US.
•International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are considered FINAL SALE
•Peachstate Audio's shipping price does not include any local duties, tax, or customs fees that may be due prior to delivery. Peachstate Audio can not advise you on what these charges may be. Please consult your local customs office for information on these fees.
•Peachstate Audio can not declare the items shipped as a "gift" or declare a value for the merchandise lower than the amount paid.

Returns & Exchanges

Peachstate Audio wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. To request a return or exchange, contact us within 14 days of the receipt of your order. You can call us toll free at (888) 732-2478 or (770) 945-1028. You can also email us at info@peachstateaudio.com .

Return Period: 14 Days

No Returns on:
•Software
•Headsets
•Headphones
•Media (tapes, CD's, DVD's, digital memory, batteries, bulbs, etc..)
•Special Orders
•Merchandise described "As Is", "Final Sale", or "No Returns"
•International Orders - these sales are considered "Final Sale / "As Is"

Rules and Policies:

No returns are accepted without an RA number.

Peachstate Audio does not accept returns after 30 days.

Returns of Free Shipping items will have the freight charge deducted from the return credit.

All products returned must be complete with all original packaging, documentation
(warranty cards, manuals, etc) and accessories.

Returned products must be in their original condition with no signs of use or wear.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee depending on the condition, date of purchase, and the manufacturer's policy.

Pack the products to be returned in a shipping carton so that the original box does not become marked or damaged.

DO NOT WRITE ON THE PRODUCT BOX.

Peachstate Audio is not responsible for personal data or items left in products returned.

Refunds on returned items which were paid by credit card or will be credited to the same account used for the Purchase.

Refunds for items paid by cash or check will be issued by check.

Peachstate Audio reserves the right to wait up to 14 days for funds to clear before refunding an order paid by check.
